Customer Support

When is my mail shipped?

All Solar Minds Mail Club orders are shipped in the first week of the month, they will be shipped by the 7th, unless a delay is stated otherwise.
When can I expect to receive my mail club order?

Domestic Shipping (UK) --> 3-7 days

International Shipping --> 7-20 days
Can I track my order?

All Solar Minds orders are shipped using postage stamps and are sent using Royal Mail Second Class postage which is untracked.

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you have a shopify account you can manage your subscriptions through there (but I hope you stay!), you should also be able to manage shipping address changes. Or you can use this link: https://account.solarmindsstore.com/pages/6971b1a1-27f6-4c27-b8b0-3009fd3b921d

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Cancel before the 20th and you will not be billed for the next months mail club.

  • Example: cancel August 19th and you will not be receive (or pay for) Septembers mail club.

Cancel on or after the 20th and your subscription will be cancelled the following month.

  • Example: cancel August 21st and your subscription will be still have paid for September's mail club.
  • You will still receive Septembers mail club and your subscription will be cancelled following this (from September onwards).

How do the Mail Club sign up dates work?

Sign up by the 20th to be included in the following months orders. For example:

  • Sign up by July 20th --> receive August's snail mail.
  • Sign up by July 21st -> receive September's snail mail.
How can I change my address?

Please submit address changes by the 20th ensure your mail club is sent to the correct address!

I think my mail is lost in the post, what do I do?

Please wait 15 days before submitting a lost mail claim and it will be handled as quickly as possible!
